Tom actually asked to bid on our project. I thought that was great because most people don't ask for your business. They also completed several renovations in the neighborhood that look great. Green House Renovations was prompt with their proposal and once we accepted they began work as soon as weather permitted. The roofing crew was great and hard working, and Tom checked in on the project throughout the day. The crew did a great job and cleaned up the nails and got everything in the dumpster. Tom was available via phone or text and answered all our questions and he is very easy to talk to. as was his manager, Rich. The new roof really updates the house and I love that we have a GAF Life Time Warranty. We have already met with Tom and his team to implement several other renovation projects

When hurricane Irma came through we had a small, 3' by 3', puddle of water under the piano. So, we wiped it up and were going to keep an... read more eye on things. I mentioned this to a friend and they said that I needed to talk to a contractor and then to my insurance agent. Tom and his crew came out the day before the claims adjuster arrived and their quote was on the money with what the adjuster said it might cost. I had two other quotes that were much higher. Also, to my surprise, there was a lot of hidden damage. Tom said that we could have had mold in the attic had we waited much longer. The adjuster had also mentioned that. But, the other two did not even bring this up as a possibility. Tom's team came out and started working. The first day they ripped off half of our roof and replaced it so that everything was sealed up over night. Good thing because it rained that night. The next day, they ripped off the other half of the roof and replaced it. It is a pretty big house and their roofers were amazing! Then they started working inside. They had to refinish all of the hardwood because it had started to warp under the piano. They treated the areas where water leaked in from above and painted everything. They were in and out in no time and were right in line with what our insurance adjuster said they should charge. i can't recommend them enough.
